What this covers
This policy describes information collected through the Tadka Table website and newsletter signup. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.
Information we collect
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect the email address you provide (and any optional fields on the form). We use Brevo to send The Weekly Tadka and manage the list.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, rough location, device type). Google may set cookies or similar technologies. You can limit cookies in your browser settings.
Email you send us. If you write to letters@tadkatable.com, we keep what you send so we can respond and, when relevant, correct the site.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider may log standard server data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use this information to run and improve the site, send the newsletter you asked for, respond to messages, and understand what content is useful. We do not sell your email address.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, email delivery). They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the site and our readers.
Retention & choices
Newsletter: unsubscribe anytime via the link in an email, or contact us to be removed. Analytics: use browser controls or Google’s tools where available. Emails you send: we keep them as long as needed to handle the request and maintain an accurate record of corrections.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
