Ingredients
- 3 tbsptamarind concentrate or soaked pulp
- 3 tbspjaggery or brown sugar
- ½ tspcumin powder
- ¼ tspred chili powder — optional
- pinchsalt
- ½ cupwater
Method
- Simmer all ingredients until glossy and coat-the-spoon thick.
- Cool completely. Stores refrigerated up to two weeks.
