Green Chutney, Pantry Version
The cilantro-mint chutney that turns leftover tiffin into something you'd actually want to eat.

Ingredients
- 1½ cupsfresh cilantro
- ½ cupfresh mint
- 1–2green chili — to heat preference
- 2 tbsplemon juice
- ½ tspcumin seeds — optional, toasted
- to tastesalt
Method
- Blend herbs, chili, lemon, and salt with minimal water until smooth but not watery.
- Adjust acid and salt. Use within 3–4 days refrigerated.
