Green Chutney, Pantry Version

The cilantro-mint chutney that turns leftover tiffin into something you'd actually want to eat.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cupsfresh cilantro
  • ½ cupfresh mint
  • 1–2green chilito heat preference
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • ½ tspcumin seedsoptional, toasted
  • to tastesalt

Method

  1. Blend herbs, chili, lemon, and salt with minimal water until smooth but not watery.
  2. Adjust acid and salt. Use within 3–4 days refrigerated.
